« Talents of water » is a sponsoring programme; developed by Degremont Group in 2005 to support young French sailing talents. Degremont detects high potential, helps them in their first steps and accompany them until their talent start to raise to higher levels.
This programme aims to expand to others sports or activities Degremont Human Resources work the same way with young graduated people. Creating the right environment for young talents, Degremont prepares their career for others SUEZ Environment’s subsidiaries.
