Recruitment of young talent

In line with our recruitment policy towards young people, we have developed an employment programme focusing on students and young graduates, to encourage a transfer of quality skills as early as possible. One hundred young graduates swell the ranks of Degremont professionals worldwide every year.
We work with the students under a pre-hiring concept by offering them work experience and apprenticeship contracts to train them in the specific technical features of our businesses. The young professionals who have finished their education are offered a first job or a VIE in one of our French or international projects.

WORK EXPERIENCE
We welcome work experience trainees throughout the year in core business technical assignments or support tasks. This is a real opportunity for you to get to know the corporate world as well as our businesses and what makes us tick on a daily basis.

You may have very different objectives in your work experience. For this reason, the tasks we offer you correspond to your professional aspirations, thereby helping you decide or confirm your chosen direction.

Make the most of these exchange chances which can help us both grow by sharing our knowledge and facing up together to the major environmental challenges of the years to come.

VIE
The VIE is a scheme whereby you perform a professional assignment on behalf of Degremont on one of our international sites for a period of anywhere between six to 24 months.

In this context, Degremont offers assignments in our miscellaneous fields of expertise: Design/Construction, Equipment and Operations & Services. The VIE requires certain qualities such as openness of mind, an ability to adapt, autonomy, the power of persuasion and command of one or more foreign languages.

Degremont lets you add a real international dimension to your career path, a real advantage when starting out on an engineering career.

APPRENTICESHIP
Degremont helps you build up your professional career by offering sandwich courses from Bac Pro to Masters.

Within the company, you report to an apprenticeship tutor chosen for his/her experience in the company and teaching capabilities. He/she supports you throughout your training period, with the task of imparting in the best way possible his/her knowledge, know-how and passion for the business.

Training you is a real commitment. What's at stake? Letting you discover and learn about a business of the future - water treatment.
